OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to: (1) Identify key radiologic patterns of interstitial lung diseases. (2) Explain the differential diagnosis of interstitial lung diseases. (3) Describe basic work-up of a new patient with interstitial lung disease. (4) Describe basic treatment paradigms and evidence behind them in ILD.
