1.  Review and name the functions of the larynx and name key history and physical examination factors that are critical to gather when suspicious for laryngeal cancer.
2.  Discuss how specific laryngeal anatomy prevents or leads to cancer spread and explain the staging for laryngeal cancer by subsite.
3.  Describe potential indications for and risks of endoscopic, open partial, and total laryngectomy procedures.
