Head-Neck Tumor Board is designed to review existing cases and apply the most current evidence-based knowledge and guidelines to establish treatment plans for improved patient outcomes.
OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
- Decide when surgery, chemo and/or radiation should be used for treatment for the specific patients
- Introduce new pathological tests that can provide prognostic indicators for treatment decisions
- Identify new drugs and/or treatment modalities and formulate the best treatment plan for patient cases discussed
