OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to: (1) Describe the current problem with IBD care delivery, (2) Identify the unique barriers associated with rural IBD care, (3) Review RADIUS, a new model for delivering high quality IBD care to rural regions and beyond.
