OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

1.Identify the surgical anatomy, pre-op and post-op and understand how outcomes may have been impacted by the surgeon’s decision and/or individual anatomy of the patient/condition presented
2.Discuss and answer questions related to the specific surgery or plan of treatment and how the surgeon and patient can benefit from the information learned of the case
3.Identify the practice gaps among different surgical departments in management patients with multi-system trauma and work to improve patient outcomes and optimize communication
