OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:  (1) Discuss some of the basic pathophysiology describing cardiorenal syndrome, (2) Discuss some different approaches to fluid/ volume management in patients with cardiogenic shock (3) Discuss appropriate timing for initiation on CRRT in Cardiorenal syndrome
