OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

1. Leverage the wisdom and experience of the group of neurosurgeons on the BUMC staff.
2. Identify strategies that might lower the risk that associated with various neurosurgical procedures.
3. Report and ethically manage neurosurgical complications.
