In this activity Physicians will be able to get together to construct protocol based on skills in manometry readings; surgical candidacy; barium swallow overlapping syndromes and current guidelines do not outline clear distinction for diagnosis therefore education is needed on a case-by-case assessment

OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

1. Formulate individualized treatment plan

2. Compare risk versus benefits of interventions in patients carefully

3. Review data and algorithm to implement best plan of care of the patient

4. Analyze barium swallow and manometry study
