OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:  (1) OUTLINE the influence of the COVID pandemic on medical training, (2) DESCRIBE a feasible, interesting, novel, ethical, and relevant "BRIEF" intervention designed to build resident educators, and (3) HIGHLIGHT several high-impact teaching strategies from the residents-as-teachers (RAT) community.
