The lecture series is designed to explore how genomics, data science, and personalized care are transforming the future of healthcare.  It will explore the rapidly evolving science of precision medicine, its novel applications for individualized treatments and enhanced effectiveness, early disease detection and improved patient outcomes.

OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

1. Explain FISH and IHC testing.

2. Review the importance of FISH and IHC testing for Her2neu in breast cancer

3. List the specific strengths and weaknesses of both FISH and IHC testing.
