OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

  1. Consider the concept of what Geriatric Syndromes are.
  2. Identify interventions that primary care clinicians can implement to improve mobility, decrease fall risk, the process of cognitive decline and address urinary symptoms.
  3. Recognize resources available to assist primary care clinicians in caring for their senior patients.
