OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
1.  Describe different etiologies and corresponding pathophysiology of laryngotracheal stenosis (LTS) and develop an approach for focused evaluation of LTS and interpret pertinent endoscopic/imaging modalities.
2.  Explain and understand the classification of severity and extent of stenosis in correlation with clinical symptoms and formulate a framework for multidisciplinary management of LTS.
3.  Discuss surgical approaches/techniques and decision-making to address LTS to recognize and manage complications of airway surgery.
