The directors and planners for the Advanced Heart and Lung Symposia welcome registration and support for sponsor and exhibitors.

The purpose designed to increase the participant’s knowledge of current advances in the diagnosis and management of heart and lung diseases. This continuing education activity is intended for hospitalists, cardiologists, internists, general practitioners, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nurses with an interest in heart and lung diseases.

Additionally, registration is open to all companies interested in exhibiting at this activity. 
The exhibit space is separate from the area where the education is being delivered.  Exhibit times will be from 7:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds (less $50 administrative fee) will be provided to registrants who cancel their registration two weeks prior to the course if cancellation by registrant becomes necessary. Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment as registration was received.
