OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to: 

· Identify and list strategies to resolve system and care issues and develop processes to improve the systematic care trauma patients
· Discuss ways to enhance knowledge and trigger new practice management guidelines to improve the process and outcome of trauma care
· Identify strategies to integrate best current evidence with clinical practice, pathophysiological knowledge and patient preference into decision-making
