2026 Texas Street Medicine Symposium: Beyond Our Doors

The 5th Annual 2026 Texas Street Medicine Symposium brings together healthcare leaders, street medicine practitioners, community partners, and policymakers from across Texas to advance innovative, compassionate care for individuals experiencing homelessness. Hosted for the first time in Dallas by Baylor Scott & White Health, this statewide gathering highlights best practices, emerging research, and real‑world solutions shaping the future of street medicine. Through keynote presentations, lived‑experience insights, and cross‑sector collaboration, attendees will explore how communities can expand access, strengthen partnerships, and deliver care that extends beyond our doors.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify system-level barriers to care for people experiencing homelessness
  • Implement strategies to improve care coordination and access for the unsheltered.
  • Apply evidence-based principles of medical management in Street Medicine populations.
