2. Assess optimal timing and sequencing of surgical intervention for common and complex fracture patterns.
3. Develop and strategize multidisciplinary approaches to improve coordination and consistency in trauma care planning.
4. Integrate current clinical guidelines and emerging evidence into decision‑making for orthopedic trauma management
