This format focused case will review real-world neuromodulation and movement disorder cases presented by expert multidisciplinary faculty, allowing learners to analyze diagnostic challenges, evaluate device selection and programming strategies, and discuss evidence based management approaches, thereby improving clinical decision making, interprofessional collaboration, and application of best practices to address identified gaps in the care of patients with movement disorders.

OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to

1. Describe evidence‑based neuromodulation strategies for the evaluation and management of patients with complex movement disorders using real‑world case examples.

2. Apply patient‑specific neuromodulation strategies to optimize device selection, programming, and longitudinal management in movement disorder care. 

3. Compare interdisciplinary neuromodulation strategies discussed through case review to inform clinical decision‑making and improve consistency in practice.
