This conference consists of sharing knowledge between Cardiologist, CT Surgeons, Cardiology Interventionalist, and other disciplines to reach a decision that is multidisciplinary and best for the patient outcomes.

OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to: 

- Apply current evidence-based guidelines for antithrombotic therapy following TAVR.

- Integrate frailty and risk assessment tools into patient selection and procedural planning.

- Interpret advanced imaging data (CT sizing, annular measurements) to optimize valve selection and placement.

- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary heart team to develop individualized treatment plans.

- Identify strategies for managing valve durability and planning re-intervention in younger or complex patients.
