OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

1.Identify the surgical anatomy, pre-op and post-op and understand how outcomes may have been impacted by the surgeon’s decision and/or individual anatomy of the patient/condition presented
 
2. Analyze case-specific surgical or treatment questions to improve decision making and optimize benefits for both the surgeon and patient
 
3. Assess and address practice gaps across surgical departments in the management of multi-system patients, with the goal of improving patient outcomes and optimizing communication
