1.  Recognize menstrual dysfunction as a clinical indicator of energy deficiency and hypothalamic suppression in adolescents with eating disorders, including those who do not meet low-weight criteria.
2.  Differentiate between etiologies of menstrual abnormalities in the context of disordered eating and relative energy deficiency.
3.  Integrate menstrual history into screening, diagnosis, and longitudinal management of eating disorders, including its role in assessing recovery and medical stability.
