Join us for a Cardiology Digital Health Forum hosted by Baylor Scott & White health, division of Cardiology. This two-day event will gather together healthcare leaders, and innovators to explore how digital health technologies can transform cardiovascular care. With keynote speakers, dynamic panel discussions, and networking opportunities, this forum aims to advance solutions that improve access, reduce costs, and enhance equity in cardiovascular health.
The conference will be held April 11 – 12, 2025 at the Omni Downtown, Austin!
This healthcare technology conference will provide a platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration across various sectors, contributing to the advancement of technology in healthcare.

Symposia Notes:
- The symposia will be open to all physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other interested healthcare providers.
- We anticipate 200 for participant attendance.
- Registration is open to all companies interested in exhibiting at this activity.
- The exhibit space is separate from the area where the education is being delivered.

EXHIBIT SPACE SPECIFICATIONS:
Exhibit booths measure 6'x3', equipped with a floor-length drape. Additionally, each booth includes an 8.5"x11" uniform sign displaying the booth number(s) and the exhibitor's name/logo per selected exhibit level. Exhibitors are responsible for supplementary rental equipment, which must comply with the Westin Dallas Downtown Hotel requirements. Any equipment beyond table-top items and standard free-standing signage must be disclosed and approved before executing the exhibitor registration.
LIABILITY AND DAMAGES:
The A. Webb Roberts Center for Continuing Medical Education of Baylor Scott & White Health is not liable for injuries resulting from sponsor negligence. Exhibitors assume full responsibility and liability for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, either by themselves or their agents. In case of guideline violations or facility damage, the responsible party will incur repair costs along with a $500 corrective action fee.
CANCELLATION:
Due to the nature of the exhibitor benefits offered, cancellations will not be accepted.

HANDLING FEES: Box deliveries will be assessed according to weight. Packages with notable weight, dimension or value should be included under “Description” above; additional cost or storage arrangements may be required. Please indicate the number of boxes being shipped below:
0-10 lbs: $5.00 per box
10.1-25 lbs: $10.00 per box
25.1-50 lbs: $15.00 per box
50.1-75 lbs: $25.00 per box
75.1+ lbs: $50.00 per box
Shrink Wrapped Pallet(s) or Wooden Crate(s): $150.00 each
*Must be self-contained and properly sealed
TRACKING INFORMATION: This is always helpful! If you can please send, this will help to confirm we have all that you shipped as scheduled.
STORAGE: Box handling fees include storage for up to 72 hours prior to event start. Early deliveries will incur additional $5 per box, per day or $25 per pallet, per day.
DELIVERY: Packages will be delivered to a meeting room and date agreed upon by Group and Hotel. If a package needs to be delivered early or picked up by an individual guest, the request must be placed in advance.
OUTBOUND SHIPMENTS: Boxes must be fully prepared for shipment. Hotel will not supply shipping labels or box items on behalf of client or attendees. Hotel will designate an Outbound location and will provide a sheet for Group to list tracking numbers for all Outbound shipments.
