Conference Notes:
Exhibitor registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, dependent on available exhibit space. Due to space limitations, the number of exhibit tables may be restricted.
All exhibit areas will be separate from the educational sessions.
Exhibit Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Exhibitor Fee: $2,500 for one six-foot table

Conference Notes:
- The conference will be open to all physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other interested healthcare providers.
- We anticipate more than 100 for participant attendance.
- Registration is open to all companies interested in exhibiting at this activity.
- The exhibit space is separate from the area where the educations is being delivered.
- Exhibit Fee is $2,500

All shipping fees will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
To ship anything to Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa you will need to work with the hotel.
LIABILITY AND DAMAGES:
The A. Webb Roberts Center for Continuing Medical Education of Baylor Scott & White Health is not liable for injuries resulting from sponsor negligence. Exhibitors assume full responsibility and liability for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, either by themselves or their agents. In case of guideline violations or facility damage, the responsible party will incur repair costs along with a $500 corrective action fee.
CANCELLATION:
Due to the nature of the exhibitor benefits offered, cancellations will not be accepted.
