EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION: 2026 45th Annual Internal Medicine Review
The directors and planners for the 45th Annual Internal Medicine Review invite our industry supporters to exhibit at this year's conference.
Exhibitor registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve based on exhibit space capacity. Due to space restrictions, exhibits may be limited.
Each exhibit space includes a 6' table top exhibit space, two chairs, and two name badges.

The symposia will be open to all physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other interested healthcare providers.
We anticipate 100 for participant attendance.
Registration is open to all companies interested in exhibiting at this activity.
The exhibit space is separate from the area where the education is being delivered.

| Shipping Materials: The shipment of materials will be accepted no sooner than 3 days prior to the function. A nominal-handling fee of $5.00 per box, up to 50 lbs., ensures their delivery to your preferred location. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES:
The A. Webb Roberts Center for Continuing Medical Education of Baylor Scott & White Health is not liable for injuries resulting from sponsor negligence. Exhibitors assume full responsibility and liability for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, either by themselves or their agents. In case of guideline violations or facility damage, the responsible party will incur repair costs along with a $500 corrective action fee.
CANCELLATION:
Due to the nature of the exhibitor benefits offered, cancellations will not be accepted.

Room reservations are responsibility of the registrant and based on current conference room block availability. Baylor Scott & White CME does not have ability to reserve individuals rooms, cancel rooms or refund room reservations.
*The Hotel room rates are subject to applicable City (8.5%, State (6%) Occupancy, City (2.0%) and County (0.5%). Venue Taxes (currently 17%) in effect at time of check-in unless proof of exemption has been submitted
