EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION: 2026 Women Leaders in Medicine: Fall Basecamp

The directors and planners for the 2026 Women Leaders in Medicine: Fall Basecamp invite our industry supporters to exhibit at this year's conference.

Exhibitor registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve based on exhibit space capacity.  Due to space restrictions, exhibits may be limited.

Each exhibit space includes a 6' table top exhibit space and two chairs.  
 

Helpful information to gather before completing the registration form:
  • Company name as it should appear on acknowledgements
  • Contact person for company (name, email, phone)
  • Representatives attending (name, email, phone)
  • Determined level for exhibit (gold/silver)
  • Payment method (Credit Card/ACH preferred)
Items to include for acknowledgements:
  • Logo if selecting gold level (png format preferred, CME will resize to match level specifications)
  • URL if you would like to have link on acknowledgments

Conference Notes:

  • The symposia will be open to all physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other interested healthcare providers.

    • We anticipate 100 for participant attendance.

  • Registration is open to all companies interested in exhibiting at this activity. 

  • The exhibit space is separate from the area where the education is being delivered.

Exhibit Fee: $1500.00

LIABILITY AND DAMAGES:

The A. Webb Roberts Center for Continuing Medical Education of Baylor Scott & White Health is not liable for injuries resulting from sponsor negligence. Exhibitors assume full responsibility and liability for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, either by themselves or their agents. In case of guideline violations or facility damage, the responsible party will incur repair costs along with a $500 corrective action fee.

CANCELLATION:

Due to the nature of the exhibitor benefits offered, cancellations will not be accepted.
