Ideal for moms who are at least 6-12 weeks postpartum. Please complete the waiver and consult your OB for any restrictions. We can't wait to see you and your baby on the mat!

In this class we will discuss what to expect when parenting a breastfed infant, how to prepare to breastfeed, pitfalls and "booby traps" to avoid, and where to go for support and help along the way. • This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you.
