Join us for a fun and lighthearted class designed to create special moments with your little one while enhancing your physical and emotional well-being. In this class, you'll enjoy gentle yoga poses, soothing breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. It's a perfect way to bond and rejuvenate together! Ideal for moms who are 6-12 weeks postpartum. Please complete the waiver and consult your OB for any restrictions. We can't wait to see you and your baby on the mat!

This non-certification class is designed specifically for parents, grandparents, and caregivers of infants and children. Our essential hands-on practice class provides the skills and confidence to turn a life-threatening situation into a lifesaving one. Come and learn how to reduce the risk of preventable accidents in the home and beyond. This class is not booked by couple. Each person must register individually for a space in this class.
