    This interactive tour provides the expectant couple an opportunity to become familiar with labor & delivery, as well as the Postpartum and Nursery Units. All questions are welcomed. NOTE: Pre-registration is required. These tours are very popular and have limited space, do NOT enroll in more than one tour. Childbirth classes include a tour, you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

    Our hospital tour offers expectant parents and siblings a chance to prepare for the big day by becoming familiar with the birth environment. You'll get a guided look at our facilities, and we'll answer any questions to help ease anxiety and make the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. This tour is offered at no cost and is a great way to feel more confident and ready for your hospital stay. Please note: Tours are also included as part of the childbirth preparation class.

    This virtual class for expectant parents focusing on the joys, and common concerns of breastfeeding. Information includes the benefits for parents and babies, initiating feedings, maintaining a milk supply and other practical considerations. Discussion includes basic breastfeeding knowledge and its importance, latch and positioning, breast care, storage, and breastfeeding lifestyle. This class will include access to the online Breastfeeding Class after completion. This class is taught by an IBCLC

Topics include: • Soothing techniques • Guidelines for safe sleep • Diapering • Car seat safety • Feeding • Bathing You’ll also receive invaluable parenting tips and helpful resources to support and build your parenting skills.
