This monthly class is ideal for first time parents and provides a comprehensive overview of what to expect before, during, and after delivery. Topics covered include: • Stages of labor and delivery • Epidurals and pain management options • Breathing, relaxation, and massage techniques • Postpartum care • Common medical interventions, including cesarean birth Each session concludes with a guided tour of the Obstetrics (OB) Unit, allowing families to become familiar with the environment ahead of delivery day.
