Our class was designed and created to help take the fear out of childbirth through evidence-based research, education, and informed consent. Couples will be prepared for an empowered birth experience. This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you. Childbirth classes include a tour; you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

02/21/2026 - 9:30am to 12:00pmThis class is for expecting parents wondering what happens AFTER the baby comes. What's normal? Is baby pooping enough? What to look for? We will cover newborn appearance, bathing, diapering, growth spurts, milestones, safe sleeping & newborn sleep expectations, skin care, calming techniques, circumcision, intact care, and more. We'll also discuss choosing and when to call a pediatrician! • This class is pay per couple, please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend.

Our Infant CPR & Safety class is an in person, hands on learning experience designed to give you the confidence and skills to respond calmly and effectively in an emergency. This non certification class focuses on real life situations parents and caregivers may encounter, helping you turn a life threatening moment into a life saving one. You’ll also learn practical tips to reduce the risk of preventable accidents at home and beyond.

Our essential hands-on practice class provides the skills and confidence to turn a life-threatening situation into a lifesaving one. Come gain the confidence, skills, and knowledge to save a child's life. **This class is not booked by couple. Each person must register individually for a space in this class**

02/21/2026 - 1:00pm to 5:00pmThis two day childbirth education series provides comprehensive preparation for labor and birth, with a focus on the childbirth experience and the essential role of the support person. Participants will learn and practice: • Comfort measures to support coping during labor • Relaxation techniques • Breathing techniques The class also covers: • Special procedures • Epidural anesthesia • Overview of cesarean birth • Postpartum recovery • Newborn care A guided maternity tour is included to help participants feel familiar with the facility and confident for their delivery experience. Separate registration for a maternity tour is not required.
