Our class was designed and created to help take the fear out of childbirth through evidence-based research, education, and informed consent. Couples will be prepared for an empowered birth experience. • This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you. • Childbirth classes include a tour; you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

You will discover the philosophy behind natural childbirth and learn ways to increase comfort through: • Positioning • Massage • Breathing • And much more This class is an in-depth course that builds confidence through hands-on practice and tips for partners, incorporating support techniques. It is geared towards those interested in an unmedicated labor. This class would also be suitable for someone planning a VBAC or as a childbirth refresher.

Section 1: This class provides guidance on newborn care, including detailed instructions on swaddling, diapering, and other essential caregiving techniques. Section 2: The second part of the class focuses on breastfeeding, including techniques for positioning and latching, as well as what to expect as your milk supply establishes.
