Registration Details • One registration covers both partners, as the class fee is charged per couple and automatically includes one partner or support person • Childbirth classes include a maternity tour—no separate tour enrollment is needed

Designed to support expectant mothers and their partners or support persons, this class provides essential education, guidance, and reassurance to help you feel prepared for labor, delivery, and early parenthood. Included with Registration A guided maternity unit tour, allowing participants to become familiar with the birthing environment and feel confident and prepared for their delivery experience.

    This class is for expecting parents wondering what happens AFTER the baby comes. What's normal? Is baby pooping enough? What to look for? We will cover newborn appearance, bathing, diapering, growth spurts, milestones, safe sleeping & newborn sleep expectations, skin care, calming techniques, circumcision, intact care, and more. We'll also discuss choosing and when to call a pediatrician! • This class is pay per couple, please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend.

In this class, you’ll learn: • Basic lifesaving techniques tailored for infants and children • How to recognize and respond to emergencies • Ways to reduce the risk of preventable accidents at home and beyond This practical, supportive class will leave you feeling more prepared to protect the little ones in your care.

This essential, hands-on class is designed to equip parents, grandparents, and caregivers with the skills and knowledge needed to respond effectively in a life threatening emergency involving an infant or child. Participants will learn practical techniques through guided practice, helping turn fear and uncertainty into calm, lifesaving action. This non certification course focuses on real world preparedness, empowering attendees to recognize emergencies and respond appropriately until professional help arrives. Whether you are new to caregiving or want a refresher, this class builds confidence and readiness through clear instruction and hands on experience. Important Registration Information • Registration is required for each individual. Even if attending together, each person must register individually.
