Our class was designed and created to help take the fear out of childbirth through evidence-based research, education, and informed consent. Couples will be prepared for an empowered birth experience. This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you. Childbirth classes include a tour; you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

Participants will learn and practice a variety of comfort techniques, including relaxation and breathing exercises. The class also includes discussion of special procedures, epidurals, cesarean birth, postpartum recovery, and basic newborn care.

Participants will learn essential skills, receive trusted guidance, and gain realistic expectations to support safe and effective newborn care during the early weeks of parenthood. Join us and gain the skills you need for your newborn’s early days.

Through essential hands-on practice, you’ll build the skills and confidence needed to respond effectively to life-threatening situations. In this class, you’ll learn: • Basic lifesaving techniques tailored for infants and children • How to recognize and respond to emergencies • Ways to reduce the risk of preventable accidents at home and beyond This practical, supportive class will leave you feeling more prepared to protect the little ones in your care.

Participants will learn and practice: • Comfort measures to support coping during labor • Relaxation techniques • Breathing techniques The class also covers: • Special procedures • Epidural anesthesia • Overview of cesarean birth • Postpartum recovery • Newborn care A guided maternity tour is included to help participants feel familiar with the facility and confident for their delivery experience. Separate registration for a maternity tour is not required.
