Participants will learn practical techniques through guided practice, helping turn fear and uncertainty into calm, lifesaving action. This non certification course focuses on real world preparedness, empowering attendees to recognize emergencies and respond appropriately until professional help arrives. Whether you are new to caregiving or want a refresher, this class builds confidence and readiness through clear instruction and hands on experience.
