This interactive guided tour is designed to help expectant parents and support persons become familiar with our Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery Units. Participants will have the opportunity to see key areas, understand what to expect during their stay, and ask any questions they may have. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you feel prepared for your delivery experience. Important Registration Information • Registration is required for each individual. Even if attending together, each person must register individually. • Availability is limited, and tours book quickly. Please register for only one tour. • Childbirth classes include a maternity tour—if you are enrolled in a childbirth class, a separate tour registration is not necessary.

    Offered every Monday @ 5:30pm beginning on the second-floor atrium. No registration necessary. Please be prompt, as tours begin on time, and we are not able to accommodate late arrivals

    This four-week series meets once a week and provides a comprehensive look at the entire childbirth journey—from labor and delivery to postpartum care and newborn essentials. • Week 1 focuses on pregnancy, the labor process, and common medical procedures. • Week 2 includes a facility tour of the Labor & Delivery unit. Participants will meet in the South Tower front lobby (first floor) at 6:00 p.m., where the instructor will greet and guide the group. • Week 3 includes a tour of the Postpartum unit and a dedicated breastfeeding class. Participants will meet in the North Tower front lobby (first floor) at 6:00 p.m., where the instructor will greet and guide the group. • Week 4 covers postpartum recovery and newborn care. Designed for expectant parents, this course helps build knowledge, confidence, and connection during a transformative time.

    Let us help you achieve the informed birth you desire. This class is designed to reduce fear and build confidence through evidence based education, informed consent, and supportive discussion. Couples who attend will be prepared for a low intervention, unmedicated, and natural childbirth experience. This course meets over three consecutive Mondays, allowing participants time to absorb information and build skills for birth preparation. Registration Details • One registration covers both partners, as the class fee is charged per couple and automatically includes one partner or support person • Childbirth classes include a maternity tour—no separate tour enrollment is needed
