2022 Burnout to Wellness 20220516

The greater Austin and Round Rock Ethics Committee have observed an increase in signs and symptoms of burnout over the last two years of the pandemic. There are increasing numbers of requests to provide burnout resources. Staff who are feeling burned out are at risk for errors and suboptimal patient care. The education will equip staff to appropriately identify the signs and symptoms of burnout as well as apply strategies to combat burnout.
