  • Identify win/win opportunities during both negotiation and strategic communication
  • Formulate an effective plan for a formal negotiation.
  • Utilize the five-step influence framework to prepare an effective plan for a formal or informal influence opportunity
  • Recognize the importance of aspiration level in negotiation outcomes
  • Connect with others in a manner that emphasizes building trust, admiration and respect
  • Recognize the trap of willful blindness as it applies to ethical behavior
