This presentation will explore the diverse applications of documentation across various programs, influencing a broad spectrum of stakeholders.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify the goals of clinical documentation integrity and how they align with clinician goals.
  • Implement strategies for documenting morbid obesity and pressure injuries to enhance Risk Adjustment and the HAC Reduction Program.
