This disclosure training will increase both literacy and competency in communicating unanticpated oucomes to paeients and their families by teaching disclosure proactices and impact on both patients and providers through didactic and simulated processes.

- Identify legal and professional risks of disclosure
- Identify markers of burnout/distress for providers involved in adverse events

- Increase self-awareness of impact of adverse event on care giver and develop skill in addressing that impact
