Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to: 

• Discuss the importance of taking knowledge of their current practices in primary care and specialty clinics and determine how each area can specifically work to solve customer pain points. This is to promote patient autonomy and beneficence in our processes to serve patients in a more timely and efficient manner.
• Describe the importance of teamwork among all members of the health care team related to communication, processes, and shared goals as a way of ensuring non-maleficence and justice in healthcare delivery.
• Employ evidence-based strategies to collaborate across disciplines to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
