Overview
Over the past year the BSWH System has made progress on defining the future strategy of the organization. We are bringing our clinical leaders together across the Medical Group to hear this strategy.

After participating in this activity the participant should be able to:
- Discuss the importance of the patient as the customer and promoting patient autonomy and beneficence in our processes to serve patients in a ore timely and efficient manner
- Describe the importance of teamwork among all members of the health care team related to communications, processes, and shared goals as a way of ensuring non-maleficence and justice in healthcare delivery
- Demonstrate strategies to collaborate across disciplines to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
