20260421 Ambassador Training
There is no existing supportive culture that normalizes seeking help and encourages early intervention with wellbeing among their colleagues. Such a program is crucial to proactively combat the high rates of burnout and personal wellbeing challenges prevalent in the profession. By equipping local physicians with the skills to serve as accessible, peer-to-peer resources, the program hopes to foster a supportive culture that normalizes seeking help and encourages early intervention.
