20260615 Monthly Operating Review-Celebrating Wins and Learning from Setbacks (Temple - Children's)
The Monthly Operating Review (MOR) is a recurring leadership development series designed to address gaps in how leaders interpret and act on organizational survey/feedback results to strengthen workforce engagement, immediate leadership support, and safety culture.
Each session uses adult-learning strategies and peer exchange, aligning with current literature that links leader behaviors, engagement, and safety culture to patient experience and quality outcomes.
Foundational areas will include interpreting survey data for action planning, psychological safety and “speak-up” behaviors, communication and feedback practices, recognition and accountability, leader rounding/closing the loop, and belonging/well-being integration.
