Learning Objectives

  • At the end of the learning activity, at least 75% of the learners/nurses will be able to verbalize knowledge of the four styles of Conflict.
  • At the end of the learning activity, 50% of the learners/nurses will be able to demonstrate the Skills used for Relationship-Centered Communication during challenging conversation role-play.  
  • At the end of the learning activity, 50% of learners/nurses will be able to practice CARES (Connect, Ask, Reflect, Empathize, Solve Together), the RCC strategies to reduce friction, during Role Play and Scenario-based Discussion.
