Stage A: Learning from current practice performance assessment - Assess current practice using the identified performance measures, either through chart reviews or some other appropriate mechanism.
For this project: You have received a report specific to your practice data for the past 6 months with baseline data for individual physician practice based on best practice alert (BPA) as follows:
% of visits with an associated diagnosis of hypertension with uncontrolled HTN
% of visits with the BPA firing suggesting testing for hyperaldosteronism
% of BPA firings where testing was actually completed on their patients

PCP enrolled in the Precision Medicine - Resistant Hypertension - Hyperaldosteronism PI CME Project.
Learning Objectives
1. Review data to determine how many (what percentage of) patients with resistant hypertension present in their practice setting
2. Develop a plan of action based on data analysis for utilization of best practice alert and integration of algorithm
