Baylor Scott & White Health now offers online childbirth and breastfeeding education for your convenience. This interactive, web-based instruction contains animated illustrations, videos and games to make learning convenient and fun in the comfort of your home. An invitation to the online course will be given to you within 5 business days after you have completed the registration process.

Let us help you have the informed birth you desire! Our class was designed and created to help take the fear out of childbirth through evidence-based research, education, and informed consent. Couples will be prepared for a low intervention, unmediated, natural birth after attending this class. This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you. Childbirth classes include a tour; you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

Set in a comfortable, friendly environment, Talk with a Doc is an opportunity for an in-person chat with a doctor outside the exam room, where you can ask questions about popular health care topics. Just what the doctor ordered, these free and informative conversations will arm you with the knowledge you need to make the best decisions for your health and the health of your family.

Take10 stands for “Take 10 minutes to learn compression-only CPR.” It is regular people providing CPR training that is simple, fast and free. Take10 started in order to improve cardiac arrest survival by increasing the number of people able to and willing to act when needed. Survival depends on CPR starting quickly, before 911 responders arrive. Attendees will need to be able to kneel for approximately 5 – 8 minutes.
