Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

  • recognize a diagnosis of recurrent urinary tract infection.
  • identify and prescribe the most appropriate treatment for recurrent urinary tract infection.
  • perform an appropriate referral in patients with a urinary tract infection.
  • equip patients with tools to seek care in the right place at the right time by providing the Recurrent UTI patient education document and the Where to Go for Care flyer.
