    Let us help you have the informed birth you desire! Our class was designed and created to help take the fear out of childbirth through evidence-based research, education, and informed consent. Couples will be prepared for an empowered birth experience. This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you. Childbirth classes include a tour; you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

    Our In-Person Maternity Tour offers expectant families the chance to get familiar with the Labor & Delivery and New Family Center units. This guided tour helps ease any uncertainty by showing you what to expect and where to go when the big day arrives. Following the tour, we’ll provide: • Pre-registration assistance • Practical information and resources for new parents • An opportunity to ask questions and feel more prepared This is a great way to feel confident and comfortable before your baby’s arrival!

    Nuestro recorrido presencial de maternidad ofrece a las familias en espera la oportunidad de familiarizarse con las unidades de Trabajo de Parto y Centro de Nuevas Familias. Esta visita guiada ayuda a aliviar cualquier incertidumbre al mostrarles qué esperar y a dónde ir cuando llegue el gran día. Después del recorrido, proporcionaremos: • Asistencia con la preinscripción • Información práctica y recursos para nuevos padres • Una oportunidad para hacer preguntas y sentirse más preparados ¡Esta es una excelente manera de sentirse seguros y cómodos antes de la llegada de su bebé!
