You'll get a guided look at our facilities, and we'll answer any questions to help ease anxiety and make the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. This tour is offered at no cost and is a great way to feel more confident and ready for your hospital stay. Please note: Tours are also included as part of the childbirth preparation class.

It aims to help you develop realistic expectations and gain confidence in the basics of infant care. Topics include: • Soothing techniques • Guidelines for safe sleep • Diapering • Car seat safety • Feeding • Bathing You’ll also receive invaluable parenting tips and helpful resources to support and build your parenting skills.

All questions are welcomed. NOTE: Pre-registration is required. These tours are very popular and have limited space, do NOT enroll in more than one tour. Childbirth classes include a tour, you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

A variety of comfort measures are taught and practiced in class, including relaxation and breathing techniques. Special Procedures and epidurals are discussed, as well as an overview of cesarean birth, postpartum, and the newborn.
