This ADA-recognized Diabetes Self-Management Program provides all the basic skills required to live healthy with diabetes over the course of a lifetime. Participants will complete four sessions in one to four months. Each class is two hours, except Session 1, which is 2.5 hours.

You'll also learn practical techniques like breathing, relaxation, and massage. Each session concludes with a guided tour of the OB Unit, giving you a clear picture of what to expect on your big day.

In this class we will discuss what to expect when parenting a breastfed infant, how to prepare to breastfeed, pitfalls and "booby traps" to avoid, and where to go for support and help along the way. • This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you.
