    This class is designed to help new parents develop realistic expectations while learning the basics of infant care. Section 1: This class provides guidance on newborn care, including detailed instructions on swaddling, diapering, and other essential caregiving techniques. Section 2: The second part of the class focuses on breastfeeding, including techniques for positioning and latching, as well as what to expect as your milk supply establishes.

This non certification class focuses on real life situations parents and caregivers may encounter, helping you turn a life threatening moment into a life saving one. You’ll also learn practical tips to reduce the risk of preventable accidents at home and beyond.
