Exhibit Registration & Payment Information

To ensure equitable participation, exhibitor registration is limited to two (2) sessions per month.

Payment Options

Payment may be made by credit card or ACH/electronic payment.

• Credit Card: Complete payment through the online payment portal.
• ACH Payment: If you would like to submit payment via ACH, please email [email protected] to request a W-9 and ACH payment instructions. Please include "FY27 Dallas Hematology Lecture and Case Series ACH Payment" in the subject line of your email.

Please note that exhibit space will not be confirmed until payment has been received and processed.

Cancellations

• Exhibitors may reschedule one (1) time to an available RSS date with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability. No refunds will be provided.

Reservation Policy: Exhibit space may be reserved pending payment; however, fully payment must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the exhibit date. Reservation not paid by this deadline may be canceled and the space offered to another exhibitor.
